OWNIC is building a brand new platform that has created an exciting link between the online and offline worlds.
Using dynamic NFT (dNFT) technology, the platform offers digital collectible trading cards of sportspeople including Serie A footballers, which are linked to how players such as Leonardo Bonucci and Manuel Lazzari perform on and off the pitch. What are wearables?
OWNIC’s wearables enable you to personalise your collectibles while boosting the power of your officially licensed cards. Each wearable is itself an NFT, which you can buy and sell on OWNIC’s Marketplace. Each has its own strength and level of exclusivity, in turn impacting the effect it has on your card.
When you attach a wearable to a dNFT, it provides a boost to the card’s xP. This gives you a better chance of winning in the various games you can play, while also boosting the card’s performance in the MetaTeam utility. There’s also the opportunity to potentially turn a profit on your wearables by selling them to another collector.
What wearables are there?
Wearables include things like a pair of football boots and shirts, while you can attach a pair of goalkeeper gloves to a ‘keeper’s card. OWNIC is also developing wearable collections in partnership with iconic sportswear brands.
