Jakub Kiwior is continuing to prove himself as one of the most exciting defenders in Italy and Juventus are reportedly ready to get serious about the Polish centre back.

The 22-year-old joined the Aquilotti from Slovakian outfit MSK Zilina last year in a deal worth around €2.2m, being a relatively unknown but talented youngster. Since his arrival, Kiwior has risen to the task of becoming a Serie A regular and is proving his defensive abilities at Spezia, attracting the attention of top sides like Milan and Roma in recent months.

As detailed by Calciomercato.com, Juventus are looking to rebuild their defence in January and are prepared to get serious about Kiwior ahead of their competition. Spezia want around €10m plus add-ons for the 22-year-old, an affordable price considering his talents.

Veteran defender Leonardo Bonucci has not shown his best this season and it’s clear that his time at the club is in its final stages.
