According to reports in France, talks between Antonio Conte and PSG are ongoing and the Italian tactician has made three requests to the Ligue 1 champions.

The former Inter and Juventus boss has become one of PSG’s leading candidates to replace Mauricio Pochettino who is likely to leave the club at the end of the season despite winning the Ligue 1 title.

Reports in Italy and France confirm negotiations between the Italian tactician and the France champions and according to Abdellah Boulma, Conte has confirmed his desire to move to Paris in 2022-23.

According to the report, he has put three conditions on the table: total control over the transfer market, desire to work with Gianluca Petrachi and control of his staff.

Conte and Petrachi are close friends and have known each other since their time at the Lecce youth sector. Petrachi tried to hire Conte at Roma in 2019, but the Italian tactician turned down the offer and signed with Inter.

  1. Hes such a rat Conte. Gives up at the slightest inconvenience. I hope he never wins the UCL. What a disgrace to the fans of every club hes been too

  2. Modern day football mercenary. What why would PSG who are desperate for Europe hire a coach who has never done well in Europe at the club level? Only if they can’t get Zidane I guess….

  3. Too bad for Tottenham, Conte seemed like the kind of manager they needed.
For him to abandon ship months after taking over is terrible actually.

  4. The only thing I’ve noticed that is common across all his appointments is his desire always request control of transfers yet he signs and doesn’t get control, never. And he does well. He’s more suited to clubs that have potential to be good. If he has a core or 4-5 wc players. But he will never win in Europe with his 352. One of the few coaches on the planet that is stubborn to adapt in Europe and ultimately cost his teams to progress beyond the last 16. Certainly not what PSG need. He ought to stay at Tottenham for another year and stop running when the tough gets going. He has the potential to do well with Tottenham with a couple of wc signings imo..

  5. I can’t bash conte’s results as a manager but I can’t stand him. Every year, every club it’s the same old story with him. Wants to spend millions in the transfer market and when he doesn’t get his way cries in interviews that his team isn’t strong enough and he asked for better players… Now wants total control over the market. I hope he goes to psg and doesn’t win them a champions League. I’d love to hear his excuse

  6. Not like he needs the money but was never staying at Spurs long term tbh another poor decision by the board. Move him out and get Poch back.

  7. Honestly can’t stand Conte. The way he left Inter and now what he looks like he is doing with Tottenham shows a lack of character. He’s a great coach but too stubborn. It says a lot that Simone Inzaghi will take the same Inter team to the Scudetto in his first season and also did better than Conte did with a lesser squad in the Champions League. Ditto with Allegri and his CL finals appearances after Conte left Juve.

  8. You guys are all knocking Conte , but the fact of the matter is he’s been a professional coach and you guys are just haters who complain in forums. I would like to hear your guys hate comments if he went to PSG and won the champions league. I think PSG actually needs a no nonsense coach like Conte. So many egos on that team. He’d straighten them right out.
