  1. Sadly Switzerland was strategically superior in their encounter. Anyone who watched the Wuro final knows how vulnerable Di Lorenzo is on defense. They exploited theat weakness right away. But worst was the midfield – not even Gigi Riva could have scored with no service whatsoever. Don’t blame Belotti for
a subpar performance. No team can score without a strong midfield and honestly Mancini performance was subpar as well. The team played poor since the start and he waited too long for substitutions.
Berarsi has been on great form all year – why on the bench!?
Tonali was a bright spot- he reminded me of Rivera immediately finding the open player. It’s time to give a true striker playing time. Kean, Scamacca amd Lucca are the only true center forward in Italy. Rapsadori is no forward- sorry great kid but so so player not at the international level.

  2. DAL; if you think kean is one of only option we better pack up and go home. There is Destro whi is far more talented, esposito on inter scammaca zaccagni and on and on.

  3. 100% spot on not sure why Mancini sticks with the same guys . Unfortunately I can’t see them evening winning away to n Ireland . And if they do it won’t be by more than a goal .

  4. There’s Lucca and Destro why not call them up? Even Fratessi deserves a chance yet Mancini is stuck with the same players even though they’ve been below average this season… Raspadori is overrated I wonder what he offers to the team guy is below average

  5. better play as though belgium was in front of them or it’s lights out, even so let’s hope bulgaria doesn’t throw the game and give us a biscotti

  6. Italy will get the win but scoring more than 2 with the likes of Belotti and with respect Berardi is going to be a bridge too far. I have the plumber on standby for the toilet.
