The deal between Wolfsburg and Juventus for the transfer of Simone Zaza is still not dead, say reports.

The striker is looking for a way out of the Bianconeri, where he feels he is not being given appropriate playing time.

The German team was among the first to show an interest, but Zaza bought time as he waited for an Italian offer from the likes of Roma and Milan.

Eventually the wait was so long that Wolfsburg decided to turn their attention somewhere else, and the possible deal was considered to be off.

However, Il Messaggero and Calciomercato.it both claim today that a sale could still happen.

Juventus are apparently in talks with Wolfsburg to bring them Zaza on a deal that would work out for all parties.

They are believed to be trying to get €25-30m for the deal, although that price may have gone down after Wolfsburg's interest cooled.
