Davide Frattesi scored his first goal in the Inter jersey, but also won over the fans by copying Francesco Totti’s infamous gesture when beating Milan 5-1.

The midfielder came off the bench for the final stages of the Derby della Madonnina and he scored the fifth goal in stoppages, whipping off his shirt to celebrate wildly at San Siro.

Before that, with the score still at 4-1, Frattesi had a clash with Milan midfielder Rade Krunic.

The former Sassuolo man turned to Krunic, put a finger to his lips to silence him, then waved four fingers to represent the number of goals scored.

That was famously done by Totti when Roma beat Juventus 4-0.
