Arturo Vidal confirms he will leave Inter at the end of the season and asks his Instagram followers to pick his next club between Flamengo and Colo Colo.

The Chile international sees his contract expire in 2023, but the Serie A champions can terminate his contract in the summer by paying €4m and saving €5.5m from the player’s final year at the club.

A former Juventus and Barcelona midfielder, Vidal has told Chilean newspaper Las Ultimas Noticias that he will leave Inter in the summer. “The only thing I can say is that I will leave this place,” he said.

The 34-year-old also asked his followers on Instagram to pick his next club yesterday. They had two options: Flamengo or Colo Colo and the Brazilian club received more preferences (51% to 49%). The Nerazzurri have one game remaining and still hope to complete a domestic treble but need to beat Sampdoria on Sunday and see Milan lose away at Sassuolo.

Vidal joined Inter from Barcelona two years ago and has scored four goals in 70 appearances with the Nerazzurri, winning the Scudetto in 2020-21.
