Roma's Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman is 'only interested in talking about Roma' and told reporters 'don't ask me about Juventus'.

After having spoken about his aversion to losing, the 26-year-old revealed his ambitions for his side have no limits as they aim to win both Serie A and the Europa League, adding the Coppa Italia along the way.

"There is no need to choose, because we are aiming to win both competitions," Strootman continued in an interview with UEFA.com. "And the Coppa Italia.

"Of course, it will not be easy. In the Europa League in particular, we have to deal with the third-ranked team from the group stage of UEFA Champions League in order tol qualify for the knockout phase.

"We will be facing very difficult opponents, but the goal remains to advance as far as possible. We’re always thinking game by game.

"I’m not interested in talking about Juventus. They are a very strong team and won five league titles in a row, but we are Roma and I am only interested in talking about Roma.

"There are so many challengers – Napoli, Inter, Milan, Lazio – but for me the only thing that counts is Roma.

"We have to win every game at home, rather than hoping that Juventus lose their games.”

What about teammate Alessandro Florenzi, who suffered the same ACL injury as Strootman?

"Losing a player like Florenzi who is critical for the team, was very unfortunate.

"He can play anywhere, he is our third Captain but is now struggling with a cruciate ligament injury just like what happened to me. I know that it's hard, but you have to learn to live with this kind of situation.

"We all know that he is a strong person, both physically and mentally, and that can make it to come back stronger than before.

"We all convinced that he will again be crucial to the team even this season."
