There is only one top flight Italian game today and it’s a big one, as Juventus need to get back on track following a shock defeat to Genoa, but host the form team in Europe right now, as Atalanta have won eight of the last nine rounds, drawing the other.

Something’s got to give, because Juve have won their last 23 Serie A home fixtures in a row, just two shy of the club record set from August 2013 to December 2014.

On Sunday the 11.30 GMT game sees Milan try to further consolidate their top two status by hosting troubled Crotone.

All eyes are on the Stadio Olimpico at 14.00 GMT, as Lazio and Roma go head-to-head for one of the closest Rome Derbies in years, only one point separating them in the standings.

Sampdoria also welcome high-flying Torino, Sassuolo try to get back on track despite the injury crisis against Empoli and Pescara aim to avoid a seventh straight defeat with Cagliari.

The Sunday evening match sees Fiorentina host Palermo, with new Coach Eugenio Corini getting his debut on the Sicilian hot-seat. It’s Week 15 and he’s already their third tactician of the campaign after Davide Ballardini and Roberto De Zerbi.

The round concludes on Monday with Chievo-Genoa and UdineseBologna.
