Sassuolo have won the appeal against Davide Frattesi’s one-match ban, meaning the Italian midfielder will be available against Milan tomorrow.

Frattesi had received a one-match ban for blasphemy, but the Neroverdi have won their appeal against his suspension so the 22-year-old will be available against the Rossoneri at San Siro tomorrow.

The Italian midfielder was suspended after Sassuolo’s 2-2 draw against Cagliari, but had not been sent off during the match.

Frattesi has scored three goals in 13 appearances across all competitions this season and is regarded as one of Italy’s most promising midfielders.

A product of Lazio and Roma academy, Frattesi joined Sassuolo in 2017 and made his Serie A debut this term.
