The Rossoneri need a victory to take back top spot from Inter, even though the Nerazzurri still have a game in hand to be played against Bologna on Wednesday.
The coach was asked if Milan are feeling the pressure after Inter beat Roma 3-1 yesterday.
“We feel the build-up to an important game, as we know there’s fewer and fewer chances to pick up points,” Pioli told DAZN.
Brahim Diaz has struggled for form lately and dropped out of the starting XI, but wants to prove he’s not just a super-sub.
“I hope he can change the game from the start! He has the characteristics to be a reference point in our final third, we will try to get the best out of him.”
