Juventus have won their Champions League group ahead of Chelsea and the Serie A giants have reacted on social media, same as Leonardo Bonucci on the pitch.

The Bianconeri may have lost 4-0 in London two weeks ago but were still able to finish on top of Group H ahead of the Blues, who picked up a 3-3 draw away at Zenit.

Juventus have won five games from six, picking up 15 points, while the defending champions managed 13 points with four wins, one draw and one loss away in Turin.

The Serie A giants reacted to Chelsea’s draw on social media by thanking Zenit with a Di Caprio gif.

Zenit had sent a message to the Old Lady, writing ‘You are welcome.’

Juventus legend and former Zenit midfielder Claudio Marchisio also took to social media to thank the Russian club for their draw against Thomas Tuchel’s side.

“On evenings like this, it’s fair to be impartial and don’t look like an average fan,” he wrote in Italian and Russian.

Many social media users have also highlighted Bonucci’s reaction to Chelsea’s draw and Juventus’ 1-0 win over Malmo.

At the end of the game, while all the players were still on the pitch, he approached his teammate Daniele Rugani showing him the result of the Blues in Russia with a big smile on his face.

Juventus will know their opponent in the knock-out phase during the last 16 draw that will take place on Monday.

  1. Overrated side , Will be knocked out in round off 16 for sure whom ever they draw with , And 02nd Place Chelsea will go on the way no doubt , that is the reality Guy’s

  2. Mustafa Aliraza

Keep crying boy, it’s pleasure to see like “Overrated” Chelsea struggles with teams like West Ham and Zenith, probably you’ll be able to win League Cup with your hundreds million spending but it’s not for sure!

  3. Even though Chelsea finished second behind Juventus, we all know that Chelsea has the better chance to reach the Simi finals of the UCL than Juventus, based on the squad and team strength of the Chelsea this season.

But the truth is that Juventus needed the top spot more than Chelsea. Chelsea will now play Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Ajax, or Lille, we all know that Chelsea stands much more better chance to beat these teams more than juventus. Had Juventus finished second, I can bet that Juventus will be eliminated in round 16. Because Juventus current form can’t beat Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Ajax, Man City, Liverpool etc.

So Juventus finishing first have saved them from certain early elimination. They stand a better chance to reach quarter finals against teams like, RB Salzburg, Benfica, Sporting CP etc.

This season, Juventus is simply a mess, on the pitch and financially!!!

  4. Hopefully the 4-0 defeat to Chelsea and the terrible league record will convince Juve to splash the cash in January. One good MF and one striker are needed, or this team will struggle, But well done to Alegri for getting them this far. Excellent, calm, organized coach!

  5. RAMARREN please don’t forget that your Juventus bought a 33 year old C. Ronaldo for over 100m euros, and paid him over 500,000 euros to win the UCL with Juventus, and yet you guys couldn’t even see a UCL final to play after the investment, and now you guys are in a financial mess. Barca bankruptcy story will soon hit you guys.

We won it even after selling our hitman Harzard and playing with a lot of Academy players.
Coming to money aspect, are you jealous that even after covid, Chelsea could still pay 115m Euro for a player and Juventus can’t? Common when it come to money, your Juventus is no match for Chelsea.

Finishing first will still not win you the UCL, what wins you the UCL is how strong your team is. Recently we have seen Juventus crash out in the competition against Ajax, and Porto, matches Juventus are clear favorite. Finishing first won’t win you the title, pls make sure that your team is stronger come February 2022.

  6. I am sure now we will go throug frop top16 because we are not favorites anymore and we are mess this is why this time we will not screw up like last years where expectations and pressure was high, btw would be clever to get Vlahovic in january and sell rabiot and ramsey, this can be significant changes in team chemistry and quality, of course would be fantastic to lose such bad polish keeper but this is to optimistic fantastic fairytale to happen…

  7. Who do you think would pay for Ramsey/Rabiot INSANE wages?

    Please stop being delusional.

  8. Chelsea Fans: no big deal.

Also Chelsea Fans: posts on Juve boards.

All good though. Thanks for keeping 1st Place warm for the 2 week loan.

I will take the high road and wish you well the rest of the way.

  9. Just one more comment. Chelsea and Juve both played a 2nd Choice 11 by and large.

CFC, unlike the Manchester sides and Liverpool were in no position to do that. If CFC disrespect Lille before any tie even begins, then you will lose.

  10. Juventus are akaways juventua and to win scudeto 9 times consequently. Ce vole.
Juventus has no assets as English and Spain, bur the italian team has won six trophies

  11. @I MISS JUVENTUS IN SERIE B: Someone was dumb enough to pay Sanchez 7 mill a season right ? Vidal 6 mill a season ? If someone offered those 2 tree stumps that money why wouldn’t someone want Ramsey And Rabiot ?

And if Someone was dumb enough to buy a 30 year old Nainggolan for 26 mill + Zaniolo then even a handsome transfer fee for a washed up player past his prime is possible !!!

  12. But well done to Allegri for getting them this far. Excellent, calm, organized coach!

I agree with this comment, my money is on captain Allegri, the Italian james bond (lks like r. moore actually).

  13. … and manages to do this CL ranking and serie a in top 4 by weeks end with a rag tag of misfits pouring ketchup on pizza.
Just imagine if he had the English players that homie would rocket to the moon
Allegri truly is a super hero.
