Vice-President Adriano Galliani looked to the Milan derby as the “crossroads” in the Scudetto race.

“Titles are always wonderful, but the latest is the best because it's in my eyes and my heart at this moment,” he said after the 0-0 draw at Roma sparked celebrations.

“Massimiliano Allegri was excellent this season and we are very, very, very happy. The Scudetto remains in Milan, but changes over to the other side.”

Inter had won the title for five years on the bounce, but the Rossoneri won both derbies, including a crunch clash when they were only two points apart.

“The crossroads of the campaign was that second derby,” argued Galliani.

“We're all so happy, it's just amazing and we must thank President Silvio Berlusconi. And what about Zlatan Ibrahimovic? This is his eighth consecutive title, that's the sign of a great player.”
