The remaining tickets for the Coppa Italia final between Juventus and Inter are starting to run out as record takings are achieved.

The upcoming cup final between the Bianconeri and the Nerazzurri kicks off at 19.45 UK time on Wednesday May 11 at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. This is the third ever Coppa Italia final held between the two rivals – Juventus won both their previous final meetings, 4-1 in the 1958-59 season and 1-0 in the 1964-65 campaign.

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, anticipation is building ahead of the Coppa Italia final and tickets are starting to sell out for a number of sectors of the Stadio Olimpico. The remaining tickets are expected to be sold soon and record takings have already been recorded.

The previous record earnings came from the Inter-Milan semi-final second leg on April 19, which beat out the 2016 record of €4,156,710. Many from the football world and a number of other celebrities are also set to attend the match, with everyone keeping their eyes glued to the Coppa Italia final.
