Antonio Donnarumma assures his brother, Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi, will “never go to Juventus”.

The 17-year-old has been the Rossoneri’s number one since early last season, but his contract expires in the summer of 2018.

While there is an offer on the table to renew, agent Mino Raiola is unsure about committing until the new Chinese owners have been assessed.

That led to speculation he could replace Gianluigi Buffon at Juventus when the veteran retires, but Donnarumma’s brother believes he’ll stay at San Siro.

“Gigio will never go to Juve,” Antonio Donnarumma told Corriere dello Sport.

“He won’t leave Milan for any reason. We talk every day, in the evenings we play video games online. He goes Milan, I go Atletico Madrid or Barcelona.

“We don’t talk about football that much, but we always call each other after games. After Inter he was angry and I tried to calm him down.

“Right now the number one is Buffon, the symbol of the school of Italian goalkeeping. After Gigi, it’ll be him [Donnarumma] in the national team.

“Knowing Gigio though, he won’t leave Milan for the world. He’s really happy with the Rossoneri, and he’s always been a Milanista.”
