Sassuolo have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Pescara’s former Italy international Alberto Aquilani on loan until the end of the season.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Aquilani has packed his bags for Sassuolo after just six starts for Pescara since joining the club in the summer.
The midfielder, 32, is now due in Emilia-Romagna on Wednesday evening, where he will apply the finishing touches to his switch.
