Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti rules out a return for Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo. ‘I really respect him, but I have never asked or planned to sign him this summer’.

Rumours of a possible move to Santiago Bernabeu emerged in Spanish media today, but the Los Blancos coach, who returned for his second stint at the club this summer, has quashed the reports.

“Cristiano Ronaldo is a Real Madrid legend,” Ancelotti wrote on Twitter. “And I really respect him.

“But I have never asked or planned to sign Cristiano this summer. We’re looking forward.”

Reports in Italy claimed agent Jorge Mendes is still looking for possible suitors for the Portuguese superstar, who’s future at Juventus is still uncertain.

Ronaldo joined Juventus in 2018 and has picked up two Scudetti, one Coppa Italia and two Supercoppa Italiana during his time in Turin.

The 36-year-old has reportedly offered himself to Manchester City and has been linked with Paris Saint-Germain, should Kylian Mbappé leave the French capital.

Football Espana reported the Merengues priority this summer is to sign the France international.

  1. Ronaldo is a dirt bag. Why doesnt he see out his contract like he said. Midnight move to some other place, get going pal italy hates you.

  2. @inters creditor – this is all speculation, unlike your jealousy. Wait for CR7 to tear you a new one now that Lukaku left you…
