Former Chelsea attacker Gianfranco Zola praised Juventus attacker Federico Chiesa after the 1-0 win in the Champions League but said he ‘expected more’ from the Blues.
The former Cagliari and Napoli attacker spoke about the match between the Old Lady and the reigning European champions.
Zola was disappointed with the performance from the Premier League side, but praised former Fiorentina winger Chiesa for his performance against the Blues.
“Chiesa was very good, he always did the right things,” Zola told Amazon Prime Italia. “He never did anything trivial.”
But the former Chelsea star slammed the visitors’ ‘attitude’ in Turin.
“I didn’t like it at all, I expected another attitude.” Zola added. “But it’s also due to Juventus, who played a great match.”
