Atalanta are without Duvan Zapata and Davide Zappacosta for tomorrow’s clash with Roma, but Luis Muriel could be pushed to the bench by teenager Rasmus Hojlund.
It kicks off on Sunday at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).
This represents a real head-to-head for position in Serie A, as Atalanta are joint top with Milan and Napoli on 14 points, followed by Roma on 13.
Coach Gian Piero Gasperini named his squad for the match, missing injured Duvan Zapata, Zappacosta and Berat Djimsiti, while Jose Luis Palomino is still suspended after failing a pre-season doping test.
Muriel and Jeremie Boga were also in doubt and carrying knocks, but they are available and could be benched in favour of 19-year-old Denmark international Hojlund.
The striker has already found the net in the 2-0 win away to Monza, having been signed from Sturm Graz for €17m plus bonuses in the final days of the transfer window.
