Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini tips Juventus for the Scudetto ahead of their visit to Stadio Renzo Barbera.

The Bianconeri started their quest for a fifth-consecutive title in poor form, but have now won three Serie A games in a row, and the patron believes they can retain their crown.

“The Scudetto? I’d like it if one of Napoli or Fiorentina won it,” Zamparini told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“But I think Juve have everything to return quickly to the top. After the game at the Barbera of course…

“Allegri has great potential, and I hope he gives space in attack to his top scorer [Paulo Dybala]. [Roberto] Mancini is putting a lot into this great Inter run, they must be taken seriously.

“[Coach Maurizio] Sarri has Napoli playing really well.”

Zamparini is famous for his itchy trigger finger, and sacked Beppe Iachini this month despite doing well last season.

“With Dybala, [Franco] Vazquez, and [Edgar] Barreto even I could have Coached that Palermo. But I must admit he did well to give the team an identity.

“However, recently he had lost his enthusiasm and the squad was affected. Against Chievo, despite winning, we hit rock bottom.

“I couldn’t do anything but intervene.
