Milan‘s home and away kits for 2022-23 have been leaked online.

The always reliable Footy Headlines has shown the kits that Milan players will wear next season. The home one is very similar to the jersey used by the Rossoneri in their title-winning 1998-99 campaign with Alberto Zaccheroni in charge.

The away kit is somehow similar to the current one, mainly coloured in white with red horizontal pinstripes.

While the home kit for 2022-23 should be exactly the same as the one leaked, Footy Headlines specifies that the accuracy of the away kit is 70%, so still very likely.

  1. I like a return to the simplified stripes but they need to be longer and the badge needs to be lower down.

  2. Only thing that puts me off the home shirt is the plain shoulders and the stripes terminating too early at the top, and thus, as Chris2 says, the badge has to be lower down.

I really like the sleeves though – a very nice touch.

I’ll make my final judgement when I see it live in a game though.

So far as the away shirt goes, I would be as well to buy one of the away shirts from the past three years.

Overall, though, I’m getting fed up with Puma’s lack of imagination across all the teams they sponsor. Their tact seems to be to put one nice touch on a shirt, then stop bothering with the rest of the shirt – as has happened here. It also happened with the 20/21 shirt: the Duomo pattern was a fantastic idea but then they left the rest of the shirt quite bland.

  3. I would be intrigued to see the badge in all white color over the black stripe.. agree with the badge placement should be lowered.. overall nice and clean kit.

  4. i like them both. Home kit had great number and size of stripes. i wish instead of the tricolore they just had the red stripe on the sleeve. The away kit is simple and clean and monthst importantly WHITE! Look forward to buying both!
