There has been another change to the Italian Under-21 squad after Roma’s Federico Viviani replaced Luca Marrone of Juventus.

The latter had been included in the 19-man squad for Wednesday’s Azzurrini friendly against Scotland.

However, Juventus have asked for the player to be omitted given that boss Antonio Conte has midfield concerns for the midweek game at Cesena.

Conte has slight worries over the midfield duo of Claudio Marchisio and Arturo Vidal ahead of Wednesday’s clash.

Roma’s Viviani has thus been selected for the Under-21 set-up for the first time. Coach Ciro Ferrara has already had to replace Inter’s Davide Faraoni with Mattia De Sciglio of Milan.
