Thousands of Milan fans lined the streets to welcome the Milan players to the Giuseppe Meazza stadium in what could be the day they clinch their first Scudetto in 11 years.
Victory over Atalanta in Sunday’s encounter would mean Inter have to win in the later game to take the title race into the final day.
And Milan’s players, with only Zlatan Ibrahimovic having ever won the Scudetto before, were given a glimpse as to level of fervent support they can expect when the match kicks off.
