Only Barcelona and Liverpool are enjoying longer unbeaten streaks than Roma in Europe’s top five leagues.

José Mourinho’s side collected a 2-1 win over Serie A strugglers Salernitana at the Stadio Olimpico yesterday, extending their unbeaten run to 11 games. No other club in Serie A has more at the moment, as Juventus ended their 16-game unbeaten streak against Inter less than two weeks ago. Roma lost their last Serie A match at home against the Bianconeri (4-3) on January 9.

Liverpool haven’t lost in the last 12 Premier League games and Barcelona are the team with the longest unbeaten streak in Europe, as they are unbeaten in the 15 La Liga matches.

Milan have the fourth-longest unbeaten run in Europe, being unbeaten in the last ten games. However, the Rossoneri picked up two successive 0-0 draws that could allow Inter to return to the top of the table if they win their game in hand against Bologna on April 27. The Nerazzurri are currently two points behind the Rossoneri and are unbeaten in six matches (1oth in Europe).

5 thought on “Unbeaten streaks in Europe: Roma behind Liverpool and Barcelona”
  1. Bodo/Glimt haven’t lost in 38 games.. Yes, including Europe and domestic cup games..

But still, the Norwegian league isn’t a top 5 league, yet…

  2. Bodø Glimt have played them three times this season, dealing them two losses and one draw.

    Aggregate 10-4

Probably why they are sending their staff to intimidate and annoy their opponents..
