Torino are set to meet West Ham United over the next few days to discuss bringing Nikola Vlasic to Serie A.

The creative midfielder only made the move from CSKA Moscow last summer at a cost of €30m after experiences at Hajduk Split and Everton.

He has fallen down the pecking order and is looking for a new experience, which could be with Toro in Italy.

According to Calciomercato.com, a meeting has been arranged for Tuesday or at most Wednesday in Milan between Torino director Davide Vagnati and the player’s agent.

The Granata are ready to take Vlasic on loan with an option to buy, whereas West Ham are eager to get the permanent move guaranteed thanks to an obligation to buy.

He made 31 competitive appearances for West Ham last season, contributing one goal and two assists.

Torino had struck a deal with Atalanta for Aleksei Miranchuk, but suddenly La Dea changed their minds and held on to the Russia international.
