Roma have three banned for their next Serie A game against Empoli, while Napoli goalkeeper Alex Meret is only suspended for one match.

Edin Dzeko, Federico Fazio and Aleksandar Kolarov will all be unavailable for next Monday’s visit of Empoli, while Juventus duo Joao Cancelo and Miralem Pjanic are banned for Friday’s match against Udinese.

The quintet join Cagliari pair Luca Cigarini and Paolo Farago, Chievo’s Luca Rigoni, Frosinone’s Francesco Cassata, Inter’s Matias Vecino, Milan’s Ricardo Rodriguez, SPAL’s Thiago Cionek, Sassuolo’s Andrea Consigli and Udinese’s Rolando Mandragora in missing the next round of action.

There were fears Meret would miss more than one game due to the risk of unsporting conduct against Juventus, but the FIGC confirmed he was only sent off during the 2-1 defeat for ‘committing a foul on an opponent [Cristiano Ronaldo] who had a clear goalscoring opportunity.’

Finally, Napoli have been fined €20,000 after their fans set off flares and shone lasers during the 2-1 defeat to Juve.
