The Indonesian businessman also discussed the form of Mauro Icardi and Roma midifielder Radja Nainggolan, who reveals he ‘would’ve liked to have at Inter’.

"It’s not true that Mancini has asked for four reinforcements,” Thohir said to Tuttosport.

“The winter market is exciting but very dangerous. I think the Inter squad is in place.

“There will probably some leaving and some new arrivals, but we have a good team.

“Icardi is our captain. He can now show that he can score more goals. There is a completely different team behind him, he and his teammates need time.

"I would’ve liked to have Nainggolan at Inter, but we opted for Kondogbia. We choose what's best for the team, not what is best for me. I really like Radja.”
