Theo Hernandez blamed Torino players after Milan‘s 0-0 draw last night: ‘They wasted time for 90 minutes…’

The Rossoneri collected a 0-0 draw at the Stadio Grande Torino yesterday, moving two points clear of Inter. However, the Nerazzurri have a game in hand, so they can potentially move to the top of the table if they beat Bologna away later this month.

“We gave our all, but we could not win. We’ll soon have another match that we must win,” the France defender told DAZN.

“These are challenging games. Everyone wants to do well against Milan. They lost time for 90 minutes, so it was not easy to win. We have another game this week and we must win it.

“We have everything it takes to win all the remaining games. The last two results were not good, but we must focus on the next game.”

The Serie A giants will host Genoa at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Friday. They will then meet Inter in the second leg of the Coppa Italia semi-finals on Tuesday, April 19. They have now failed to score in two successive games for the first time since February 2021.

Milan won their last Serie A title in 2010-11 with Massimiliano Allegri in charge.

Theo, 24, has scored four goals and delivered nine assists in 34 games across all competitions this season. He has recently extended his contract with Milan until June 2026.

10 thought on “Milan: Theo blames Torino players’ attitude after 0-0 draw”
  1. Theo the most dirty player on the field that constantly hacks players is complaining about exactly what he does all day, too funny Theo, you are a funny man.

  2. Torino did not waste time for 90mins. Milan were lucky that Torino just didn’t have the quality to make the most of the chances to attack handed to them.

  3. He’s getting as bad as the fans. Its the ref, its time wasting… but never its a Milan team who have been very poor for the last month if not more. Every midfield and forward player in that squad needs to take a serious look at themselves.

Another team we should beat but didn’t. Another title for Inter.

  4. Our attack sucks. Plain and simple. We’ve always had trouble against teams that pack the box and/or play 3-5-2. There is no production from the right wing or AMC. Our strikers are statues. Forget Botman and Sanches. We have an emergency in AMC, RW and ST. We won’t make top 4 or make it out of the group stage again in the CL if we don’t fix this.

  5. This is the problem when we’re so one dimensional. When Leao is off form or got nullified, that’s it for us. Our right wing attack is close to non-existant and Brahim can’t create and most often get bullied. We have no long shot threat, no aerial or set pieces threat, and heck, even our PKs are crappy as well this season. In fact, our PK conversion rate is the WORST in Serie-A.

Sometimes I wonder how are we still first.

  6. Funny how a shinter fan is talking about dirty players. Look at your own house lead by Milan the Dirty Slovak Skriniar, WWE leg hold Bastoni and roundhouse kick Lautaro. I will agree that Milan are bottlers and have become the new Arsenal. Pathetic that a once proud and huge club have not won the title in decades and they are going to break Inter‘s and Liverpool’s record lol. No shock as they are the third biggest team in Italy.

  7. @Kieran

It doesn’t matter if Skriniar is Slovakian. If you think he’s a dirty player, that’s all that matters.

  8. @kieran

Skriniar is a hard player, never a dirty player

I think you don’t understand and u don’t play football

What bastoni did was a professional foul , commentators will say he sacrifice one for the team

    Theo hack down dumfries

So who’s the dirty player eh?

  9. @Interisti I am not advocating anything for Milan but just calling a spade a spade. So Bastoni did not hold onto Zak’s leg. Where was the yellow card? So Lautaro did not kick Locatelli in the head. Dude was bleeding and needed to bandaged. Where is the red card? Dude even stomped on the great Chiellini and did not even get his marching orders. Skriniar is as dirty as it gets elbowing and shoving players in the back. Just ask Osimhen. The worst type of fan is a deluded one.

  10. Torino deserved the point. They easily could have made it three. Look in your backyard first Theo before you point the finger.
