German referee Daniel Siebert and VAR Marco Fritz have been assigned to Milan’s Champions League clash with Chelsea, while Juventus visit Maccabi Haifa under the eye of Spain’s Antonio Mateu Lahoz.

The two games are on Tuesday evening, as they move into the fourth round of the Champions League group phase.

Milan are playing catch-up after their 3-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge and now welcome Chelsea to San Siro.

UEFA have assigned referee Siebert to this game, assisted by Jan Seidel, Rafael Foltyn and fourth official Daniel Schlager.

The VAR team are also German, Marco Fritz and his assistant Harm Osmers.

His previous Milan meeting was their Europa League 1-0 win away to Sparta Prague in December 2020.

No English sides have lost a match with Siebert involved, but it is his first with the Chelsea senior squad.

As for Juventus, they visit Maccabi Haifa at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Israel with Spanish referee Antonio Mateu Lahoz.

He is assisted by Pau Cebrian Devis, Roberto del Palomar and fourth official Mario Melero Lopez.
