The referees for Serie A Week 6 are announced as Piero Giacomelli will officiate Vincenzo Montella’s return to Milan with Fiorentina.
Giacomelli has won nine of his 14 Serie A games involving Milan, compared to just five from 15 for Fiorentina as Montella prepares to return to San Siro for the first time since his dismissal in November 2017.
Elsewhere, Marco Piccinini will oversee Juventus’ visit of SPAL, Luca Pairetto is given Lazio–Genoa and Rosario Abisso is assigned Roma’s trip to Lecce.
