Lazio are under caretaker manager Giovanni Martusciello after Maurizio Sarri resigned, missing Ivan Provedel and bringing back Matteo Guendouzi for the trip to struggling Frosinone.
It kicks off at the Stadio Benito Stirpe at 19.45 GMT.
It has been a traumatic few days for the Aquile, as Sarri tended his resignation after four consecutive defeats in all competition, including their Champions League elimination to Bayern Munich.
His assistant manager Martusciello is in charge for this match, but an agreement has already been reached with Igor Tudor to take over from Monday.
Adding to the problems is a sprained ankle for goalkeeper Ivan Provedel, with Mario Gila, Patric and Nicolò Rovella also not fully fit, but the good news is that Guendouzi returns because his two-match ban was reduced on appeal.
Luca Pellegrini and Adam Marusic are also back after their suspension.
Ciro Immobile starts a day after he and his family were accosted by angry fans blaming him for Sarri’s departure.
Frosinone aren’t faring any better, as they slipped into the relegation zone after just one win and three draws from the last 15 rounds.
Abdou Harroui, Kevin Bonifazi, Anthony Oyono, Riccardo Marchizza, Mateus Lusuardi and Sergio Kalaj remain on the treatment table.
