Mohamed Salah’s agent says he “knows nothing” about a reported €22m Napoli offer for the Chelsea winger.

The news was reported by Radio Blu in Italy today, suggesting the proposal had been delivered to Stamford Bridge.

“An offer from Napoli? I don’t know anything about it,” agent Ramy Abbas told Sportitalia.

“Nobody has ever told me about an offer from Napoli. At the moment there’s no chance he’ll go to Napoli.”

Salah did say he wanted to stay in Serie A after walking out on his extended loan at Fiorentina.

Other clubs – including Inter and Roma – are nervous about making an approach, because the matter could go to court.

Fiorentina are taking legal action against Salah and Chelsea because of the broken agreement.

The Viola hinted this week they could let the matter slide for a remuneration payment and another player on loan from Chelsea, most likely Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
