Cristiano Ronaldo reflected on his experiences at Juventus and remembered a special moment during his time in Turin.

The five time Ballon d’Or winner spent three years of his career with the Old Lady, joining in July 2018 from Real Madrid in a deal worth around €117m. During his time with the club, Ronaldo scored 101 goals and provided 22 assists in 134 games across all competitions, helping Juventus win two Scudetti and one Coppa Italia.

Speaking on LiveScore’s ‘Memorable matches’ show on Youtube, Ronaldo looked back at his time with Juventus and shared a fond on-pitch memory.

“I scored a header against Donnarumma. When you win a title it’s all special because during the year you dedicate yourself to achieving something great.

“When you get your first trophy in a team it is always special. This one with Juventus is definitely a great memory.

“For me Juventus was a different journey in my life. I signed at the age of 33, opening a new chapter after being at Real Madrid for nine years.”

Ronaldo left Juventus in the summer of 2021, returning to Manchester United for around €17m. His second period with the Red Devils initially started well but things changed following the arrival of Erik ten Hag. After an explosive interview with Piers Morgan, the Portuguese star cut ties with the club and signed a record-breaking deal with Saudi side Al-Nassr.
