Moise Kean is heading back to Italy on loan after his Everton struggles, with Roma and Milan the main candidates.

The Italy international has barely featured since making the €27.5m plus bonuses move from Juventus in August.

He managed 11 total competitive appearances for the Toffees, but was dropped from the squad altogether against Southampton as a disciplinary measure after turning up late to a team meeting.

Roma and Milan are believed to be the main candidates to take the 19-year-old on loan in the January transfer window.

There could also be an option to buy included for €25m, notes the Corriere dello Sport.

“Moving to England was a mistake and it would’ve been better to wait for a few years,” his estranged father Jean Kean told Radio Centro Suono Sport.

“I hope he can return to Italy as soon as possible, preferably to Roma, where he’d be alongside his dear friend Nicolò Zaniolo. I beg him, don’t think about money, but about your career.”

Moise Kean has repeatedly stated he wants nothing to do with his father, who divorced his mother when he was only a child, but the man continues to give interviews with supposed insight into transfer speculation.
