Multiple reports claim Manchester United have made an offer in the region of €45m to sign Inter keeper André Onana, but the Nerazzurri want €60m.

Sky Sport Italia and Wednesday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (page 2) claim the Red Devils have made an offer in the region of €40-45m to sign the Cameroon international. Sportitalia pundit Alfredo Pedullà had reported the same last week, claiming Inter would not accept less than €60m to sell the ex-Ajax keeper.

Gazzetta confirms this is Inter’s asking price, although an offer exceeding €50m may eventually persuade the Nerazzurri especially because Beppe Marotta needs to raise funds to buy Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea.

Pedullà added on Tuesday that Inter would not listen to offers for Onana after July 20, meaning that if Manchester United don’t raise their bid by that date, the 27-year-old will remain at the Stadio Meazza for one more season.

Onana joined Inter on a free transfer from Ajax last summer and his contract at the Stadio Meazza expires in June 2027.
