According to Sportitalia, Manchester United have seen their first offer for Andre Onana rejected, as Inter set the price at €60m.

The goalkeeper is wanted by Erik ten Hag and that is no secret, especially as they already worked together at Ajax.

However, the Nerazzurri want at least €50m before they will even sit down at the table, and ideally set a minimum selling price of €60m.

Sportitalia transfer pundit Alfredo Pedulla claims this evening that Manchester United have made the first formal offer for Onana, but I was rejected.

The bid was worth €45-50m including add-ons and that is not enough to sway Inter into a sale.

Onana was signed last summer as a free agent after his contract with Ajax was allowed to run down and immediately became a sensation, helping them reach the Champions League Final against Manchester City.

It was reported today that Inter had started talks with Shakhtar Donetsk for Anatoliy Turbin as a potential replacement for Onana in goal.
