Reports in Argentina claim Boca Juniors striker Jonathan Calleri has agreed an €11m move to Inter.

The Nerazzurri have been heavily linked with the 22-year-old, who has 10 goals in 19 Primera Division starts this season.

According to TodoNoticias, a deal has now been agreed for around €11m and will be finalised in Milan next week, meaning Calleri will not play in the Copa Libertadores.

The website believes that the Beneamata fought off competition from English side Tottenham Hotspur to secure the forward’s signature.

Inter have already filled all of their non-EU slots for this season, so if the deal is completed, Calleri would likely be loaned to another Serie A side for six months.
