Today a pundit told Radio Marte – the official Napoli radio station – that a preliminary deal had been agreed with Cagliari.
The two signings could therefore be announced at the end of the season, or even when Napoli mathematically secure second place.
Nainggolan had already been a target for Napoli in January, but Cagliari rejected the offer.
The Belgian international recently got into a Twitter spat with Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis, but the pair apparently worked through the misunderstanding.
