Paris Saint-Germain President Nasser Al-Khelaifi will meet with Inter representatives in London on Wednesday to discuss Milan Skriniar, who is also wanted by Chelsea.

According to Sportitalia, the encounter will take place in London tomorrow between Al-Khelaifi and intermediary Paolo Busardó.

The negotiations are set to step up again, as PSG became concerned they would miss out on the Slovakia international the way they did Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca, who ended up at West Ham United.

Chelsea turned towards Skriniar after Sevilla defender Jules Koundé preferred a move to Barcelona instead.

Inter’s asking price remains a minimum of €70m for Skriniar and the most recent rejected PSG bid was worth €60m including add-ons.

The player already agreed personal terms with the Ligue 1 giants during the earlier negotiations.

Because of the huge salary proposed by PSG, if Inter are to keep the 27-year-old and extend his current contract, it will need to be with a better package than the one previously agreed with his agent.

His current contract only runs to June 2023.
