José Mourinho’s Roma host Juventus at the Stadio Olimpico with the Bianconeri coach Massimiliano Allegri serving a one-match ban.

It kicks off at 17.30 UK time.

Roma’s new signing Ainsley Maitland-Niles is expected to make his Serie A debut two days after his arrival in Rome to replace the suspended Rick Karsdorp.

Gianluca Mancini was also sent off against Milan on Thursday and will likely be replaced by Marash Kumbulla.

Daniel Fuzato and and Borja Mayoral have COVID.

Carlo Pinsoglio is the only Juventus player with COVID as Giorgio Chiellini had a negative swab test this week.

However, the captain could start on the bench with Daniele Rugani and Matthijs de Ligt at centre-back, given that Danilo and Leonardo Bonucci are still injured. Alex Sandro is also out of action and will be replaced by Mattia De Sciglio.

Moise Kean is the favourite to start over Alvaro Morata in attack, with Paulo Dybala, Weston McKennie and Federico Chiesa behind him.

Juventus are unbeaten in seven of the last nine Serie A games against Roma and have won the last two Serie A games against the Giallorossi.

However, they haven’t managed three victories in a row in this fixture since 2014.
