The Bosnia international discussed the former Juventus Coach and his own national team’s 1-1 Euro 2016 playoff draw with Ireland in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport today.

"You can see his hand in this Italy team,” Pjanic said.
“Conte is a winner, one of the best in the world. My teammates at Roma are enthusiastic about him when they return from the games with the national team.
"It is clear that it isn’t the result we wanted, but we knew that this match lasts 180 minutes and that we would have to score at least once in Dublin. The scenario has not changed.
“In theory, it’s enough to win 1-0. We want to give joy to our country. Football lights up the eyes of the Bosnian people.”
Pjanic also touched upon Friday’s tragic night of terror attacks in Paris and urged fans to support France.
“What happened is terrible,” he said.
“It’s a tragedy for the whole world, not only for Europe. Young people and children are dead.
“Guys like us, who wanted to enjoy a Friday night by listening to music or going to a restaurant. It shows that a safe place doesn’t exist.
“Football must also become aware that the world is changing. Terrorism has reached new levels of danger and the world is shaken by too many wars.
“We need to embrace France and not to leave her alone in this war. France should be supported. The European Championships must be faced without fear. Football is an important part of daily life and we must not give up our things.”
