Milan are considering Allan Saint-Maximin as an alternative to Nicolò Zaniolo, but Newcastle want at least €30m, reports Sky Sport Italia.

The Rossoneri aim to boost Stefano Pioli’s options in the final third and Zaniolo remains their priority for January.

However, they have also set their sights on different targets, such as Newcastle’s Saint-Maximin.

Sky Sport Italia reports the 25-year-old has been offered to the Rossoneri, but the Premier League side have told Milan that they won’t sell for less than €30m.

According to the report, the defending Serie A champions will make a move for the 25-year-old only if Newcastle lower their demands and if they fail to strike a deal for Zaniolo.

TMW reported earlier this week that the Rossoneri were monitoring Saint-Maximin who has been struggling with playing time this season.

According to Gazzetta, Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech is also on Milan’s radars, but the Morocco international is also Roma‘s main target to replace Zaniolo, should he leave the Stadio Olimpico in the January window.

Saint-Maximin has collected 632 minutes across 16 appearances this season, scoring one goal and delivering three assists.
