COVID-19 is back on the horizon for Napoli, as their next Europa League opponents AZ Alkmaar register nine cases between players and staff.

They pulled out after Piotr Zielinski and Eljif Elmas tested positive for COVID-19, just days after a huge outbreak at their most recent opponents Genoa.
