“I am trying to feel nothing special when I come back here, but I did spend two fantastic years at Inter. I hope to face Inter sooner or later so that I can thank all the fans.
“I always had a respectful and positive rapport with Milan, so I do not feel like I am playing against an enemy.
“Naturally, for a side like Milan that had dominated, it must be strange to see Inter win everything. I can also imagine they view me in a not particularly positive light, as the man who made Inter champions of Europe, but still with respect.”
Real Madrid won the first leg 2-0 at the Bernabeu, but in the club's history have never conquered San Siro.
“That is because there is a lot of pressure and it's very difficult against strong sides in a packed stadium. Milan will also be worried, though, as they know that we can win.”
The Rossoneri are fresh from a 2-1 home defeat to Juventus, which has severely dented their confidence and Scudetto chances.
“They are a top side. They lost once, it is very difficult for Milan to lose two games in a row,” noted Mou.
“We expect a stronger Milan performance than on Saturday evening, with more hunger and determination. This isn't a decisive match for them, but it is very important, above all from a psychological stand-point.”
