The Rossoneri have reportedly made an offer to Roma for Destro, prepared to pay €1m for a six-month loan plus an option to buy at the end of the season for €20m.
This would leave no room for Giampaolo Pazzini, who has been linked with a straight swap going to Roma or a transfer to bottom of the table Parma.
In today’s Press conference Roma Coach Rudi Garcia assured Destro “will be staying,” but his agent noted they’d “talk about it after the derby” tomorrow afternoon.
Another option for the announcement could be that Liverpool winger Suso will fly in to undergo a medical.
He has already agreed terms to join next season as a free agent after his contract at Anfield expires.
