The striker’s agent confirmed they would “talk about” a Rossoneri proposal after tomorrow’s Derby della Capitale.

According to Sky Sport Italia, today Milan increased their bid following talks with President Silvio Berlusconi.

He gave the all-clear to offer €1m for a six-month loan deal, plus an option to buy at the end of the season for a further €20m.

Both Roma and Destro have asked for some time to consider it, as the club wants a suitable replacement lined up before releasing him.

Destro has scored four Serie A goals in 13 appearances this season, all of them when he was in the starting XI.

However, he has recently been dropped to the bench despite the absence of Gervinho for African Cup of Nations duty.
