Christian Abbiati, Alessandro Nesta, Andrea Pirlo and Mathieu Flamini are among the Milan men injured for tomorrow's game with Udinese.

The Rossoneri are dealing with something of an injury crisis at the moment and were already short on players for Thursday's 1-0 win over Cagliari.

There were hopes that Nesta and Abbiati would be able to recover for tomorrow's encounter, but they have not even been included in the squad.

Also absent are Gianluca Zambrotta, Marek Jankulovski, Kevin-Prince Boateng, Flamini, Pirlo and Pippo Inzaghi.

With Massimo Ambrosini sitting out a ban, the options in midfield are very limited indeed, so youth team players Rodney Strasser and Alexander Merkel could get a look in.

Abbiati pulled up during training with a minor calf strain and hands over the gloves to Marco Amelia.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic returns from his one-match ban.

Milan squad: Amelia, Roma, Di Fabio, Abate, Antonini, Bonera, Montelongo, Oddo, Papastathopoulos, Thiago Silva, Yepes, Gattuso, Merkel, Seedorf, Strasser, Cassano, Ibrahimovic, Oduamadi, Pato, Robinho
