Milan will resume training at Milanello today following a four-day break and the injured players are all at different stages of their recoveries.

The Rossoneri edged out top spot in the Serie A table on the final weekend before the international break, with their dramatic 1-0 win over Genoa being enough to put them first after Inter dropped points in a draw with Bologna.

Milan’s first game back after the break will be a true test of their mettle as they’ll host Juventus, who also have their sights set on the Scudetto in a season without any European commitments.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Pierre Kalulu, Rade Krunic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are all continuing to work on their recoveries at Milanello to try and reach full fitness for the upcoming run of matches.

Kalulu is expected to be fit in time to face Juventus but the other two are still working towards that goal and could be left on the bench.

Noah Okafor has been given a few extra days off following a minor car accident and will return to training on October 16.

Isamael Bennacer is finally set to return to Milanello following his serious knee injury back in May. He is not expected to return to action until January, however, so his long recovery will continue over the coming months.
