Former Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini believes the Coppa Italia “could be the trophy of a new era, a new cycle”.

“It could be the trophy of a new era, a new cycle,” Ambrosini told Sky.

“I heard Rino [Gattuso]’s words and when he talks about the fuse which could inflame the support it fits perfectly.
