Sinisa Mihajlovic is coy on his Milan future – “as long as I’m here I’ll give my all”.

The Serbian Coach is under pressure after a run of four Serie A games without a win, and the Rossoneri take on League leaders Juventus tomorrow.

“Like every Coach in the world I’m judged on results,” Mihajlovic shrugged in his pre-match Press conference.

“If we suck in the next few games then it’s right that I be sacked, even before the end of the season.

“As long as I’m here I’ll give my all, I’ll cross that bridge if it comes to it. I have a clear conscience and I try to transmit what I have inside of me.

“When things aren’t going well it’s right that people talk about the Coach, and he faces up to his responsibilities.

“It’s a normal thing, I’ve always done it and it’s just my way of being.

“I don’t have any problem holding my hands up, if there isn’t the right spirit then I’m the first to blame and I have to transmit certain things.

“If I can’t do that then I’ve failed.”

The Diavolo’s players have repeatedly given their backing the Coach, but are they failing to back-up those words on the pitch?

“Maybe they are comfortable with me and I allow them to do certain things and that’s why they want me to keep Coaching them!” Mihajlovic laughed.

“When they go onto the pitch I think they’re always trying to give their best and looking to do their jobs well.

“Sometimes we succeed, sometimes we don’t. It’s difficult to correct certain things even if you have good intentions. There are certain things you either have or you don’t have.

“I expect a great performance from my players, then we’ll see what the result is.”

Milan face Juventus in the Coppa Italia at the end of the season, would Mihajlovic swap a draw tomorrow for a win in May?

“I always want to win before a game.”
